Perl is of course part of almost all linux installations. GTK+ is part of the install if you are using GNOME as your desktop environment. If you use K Desktop Environment, install GTK+ first. GTK-Perl and libwww-perl are perl modules. You can get these modules at CPAN. You can install them manually or use perl's built-in CPAN shell. You MUST install a gtk-perl version 0.70 or higher. This is the development version that you can get from the above link.
